On 2001 November 03rd an occultation of the planet Saturn by the moon could be observed over Germany.
I documented this rare celestial event in a series of photos.

Location: Paul-Baumann-Observatory at Klein-Winternheim, Germany
Optics: 12-inch Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope
